The Wisconsin Upside Down Foundation invites you to the 3rd Annual Kelly's Upside Down Ball. This year's theme is "The Greatest Ball on Earth". Registration starts at 5:30 pm, Dinner at 6:00 pm. This is a benefit for individuals with Down syndrome ~ especially those touched by cancer.
