Transition planning for students with IEPs can be a time of great anticipation and stress. Many families enter the conversation not knowing what the process is about and how to engage with the IEP team in the discussions of their child's future. This session will provide an overview of the transition planning process and identify key strategies and ways that families can participate and engage in the planning process. There will be a question and answer period following the presentation.
