Individuals are grouped according to age = Elementary to Middle school and High School to Adult. Classes are led by a trainer and supported by peer volunteers. The workouts consist of Bootcamp style workouts and workouts/equipment are tailored to participant needs. Tennis shoes and workout appropriate clothing are required.
