DESCRIPTION:Let’s get fit together and kick off the weekend with positivity and strength! 💪✨DSAW sponsored Fun Fit Friday workouts will take place on four different Fridays this winter with the amazing coaches and team from Grit920. Individuals are grouped according to age = Elementary to Middle school and High School to Adult. Classes are led by a trainer and supported by peer volunteers. The workouts consist of Bootcamp style workouts and workouts/equipment are tailored to participant needs. Tennis shoes and workout appropriate clothing are required. Fun Fit Fridays are designed for all abilities! \nTennis shoes and workout appropriate clothing are required.
