Chapters across Wisconsin
DSAW has eight chapters across the state of Wisconsin, with each chapter (led by a local advisory board) providing unique support and services to local families. Chapter locations include: Southeastern Wisconsin (headquarters), Central Wisconsin, Chippewa Valley, Fox Cities, Greater La Crosse, Green Bay, Sheboygan & Surrounding Counties, and South Central.

Family Events
Chapters across the state provide fun family events (many of which are free) throughout the year. We welcome thousands of people to hundreds of picnics, pool parties, holiday events, and celebrations in Wisconsin each year.

Awareness walks
Our signature fundraising and awareness events, our awareness walks allow the organization to provide life-changing programs and services to thousands of families in Wisconsin while raising awareness and acceptance of people with Down syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs).

View AllThank you so much for helping our families in so many ways. We feel almost hopeless and helpless for our children and it’s so hard to watch our babies go through treatment. To know we have a loving community of support means so much to all of us. We love you all so much!
