President / CEO
Dawn Nuoffer
Dawn became DSAW’s Executive Director in December 2014. Her previous experience includes the creation of housing for homeless and disabled veterans and the provision of wraparound, holistic services for individuals in poverty. Since she started in 2014, Dawn has transformed DSAW from a small, grassroots nonprofit into a statewide leader in disability services. Dawn’s daughter Abby is a thriving young adult who happens to have Down syndrome.
