Free Programs

DSAW has a large menu of free programs for adults with disabilities. At this time, these programs are all held virtually using Zoom technology. We offer Yoga, Zumba, Stream Team, and more!

DSAW Connects

Adults who are able to use Zoom technology independently are also invited to participate in our DSAW Connects classes! We have virtual classes focused on topics ranging from social skills to cooking to sports.

DSAW’s chapters and locations around the state host fun family events throughout the year, such as picnics, holiday parties, and our Down Syndrome Awareness Walks.

For now, we are doing monthly, statewide, virtual family events, and some locations are doing safe, socially-distant meet up activities! Click here for our statewide calendar of events, and visit our Locations page to find events in your area of the state.
