Join Parents of Rock invites parents across South Central Wisconsin to connect on Saturday, April 11 at 12:30 p.m. at Papa Doc's in Janesville, where DSAW-South Central will cover the cost of axe throwing. SPACE Autastic will provide respite care for current participants who pre-register who them.

This monthly group has been re-branded to The CREW - connection, recreation, engagement, & wellness! Open to anyone 12+ who has Down syndrome or related disability. FREE drop off unless participant needs bathroom help! LUNCH IS INCLUDED! Each month has a different theme. In March, join us for KARAOKE! Drop-off unless restroom assistance is needed.

Families will enjoy playful, hands-on experiences in a welcoming space designed to inspire creativity, learning, and connection. Join our FREE monthly playgroup on Friday, April 17, from 6–8pm at Little Playroom Cafe in Middleton for families with children age 6 and under with Down syndrome or related disabilities. Enjoy a fun, welcoming space where kids can play and families can connect, share resources, and build friendships. The event is free for individuals
SibConnect is an overnight camp experience for kids and teens ages 8 - 16 who are a sibling of someone with a disability. We will talk about life as a Sib while also having campfires, games, and activities. Registration Deadline: Tuesday, April 14th
Join us for a tee-rific time at our DSAW Fox Cities outing at Tommy’s Indoor Mini Golf (3950 N Richmond St, Appleton) ⛳💛 We’ll be golfing from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, April 18th, and it’s just $5 per person, which includes an 18-hole game of mini golf AND 100 arcade tickets for even more
🎬🍄 Join us for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie in Beloit on Sunday, April 19! Showtime will be in the late afternoon/early evening (exact time will be known at the beginning of April). This event is FREE thanks to the Cronin Grant, and registered participants will receive a kiddie combo — popcorn, drink, and fruit
🍔 Volunteer at Culver’s for a Cause! 💙 Join us Monday, April 20, 4:45–8pm at Culver’s (1501 W. Main St., Sun Prairie) for 1.5-hour shifts — DSAW-SC earns a portion of sales that night! 👥 Volunteers ages 14+ (14–17 must attend with an adult) 👕 Wear DSAW swag & closed-toe shoes ⏰ Arrive 15 minutes
