Let’s make learning ASL fun, active, and unforgettable! Join DSAW–SC for a series of 6 FREE American Sign Language classes held on Thursdays from 1:30–3:00 PM at the Rotary Gardens in Janesville. DSAW hosts a monthly support group for those who are caring for aging loved ones with Down syndrome. Each month we meet to share in conversation and support with other parents, siblings, and caregivers.

Join other DSAW caregivers once a month for a book club! We choose a different book each month and get together to discuss. We read a variety of genres (both fiction and nonfiction), and books do not focus specifically on caregiving or parenting.
This summer, we’ll be reading Only the Beautiful by Susan Meissner. This powerful and heartfelt novel explores family, resilience, and the importance of belonging. Whether you read every page or just want to join the conversation, all are welcome!
