DSAW hosts a monthly support group for those who are caring for aging loved ones with Down syndrome. Each month we meet to share in conversation and support with other parents, siblings, and caregivers.

Join other DSAW caregivers once a month for a book club! We choose a different book each month and get together to discuss. We read a variety of genres (both fiction and nonfiction), and books do not focus specifically on caregiving or parenting.
Join us for a fun & relaxing paddling experience! Families will enjoy pedal boating or giant paddle boarding, along with mindfulness, grounding, & wellness activities led by two licensed mental health professionals from Soul to Summit— with shore activities available for anyone who prefers to stay on land.
