Join other DSAW friends and families for a "Splashing Good Time" as we close out summer with one last hurrah at Cool Waters Waterpark in Greenfield Park! Join DSAW and SEAS for some time out on the lake! Participants will be able to go out on a sailboat with an instructor and learn about sailing. There are two time slots. The first time slot is 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The second time slot will be from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Join other grandparents who have grandchildren with Down syndrome for conversation and community. This group is led by volunteer grandparents and meets in a hybrid format. They meet in person at the SE-WI DSAW office in Wauwatosa on the first Tuesday of each month from 4:00-5:00 or you can join virtually!
This group, for new parents with children ages 0-3, is hosted each month to gather for conversation, provide support for, and build community with other new parents. Hosted by a DSAW parent volunteer, this group meets the first Tuesday of each month

Join other moms who have a loved one with Down syndrome or a related disability for coffee, light snacks, and conversation. It's a great opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build community in a relaxed setting. DSAW will provide the coffee and snacks—we hope you'll join us!
Spend the morning fishing with officers from the McFarland and Monona Police Departments on Monday, September 7, from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Babcock County Park Shelter in McFarland. This free, family-friendly event is open to individuals of all ages with Down syndrome or related disabilities and their families, with fishing equipment and lunch provided;
Join other Grandparents who have a loved one with Down syndrome or related disability for conversation and snacks. DSAW-SC will pay for the treats.
AFTERNOON OF MINI GOLF FUN! Join us for a FREE afternoon of mini golf at the Edgerton Teen Center for individuals ages 12+ with Down syndrome and related disabilities! 💙 Get ready to sink some putts, share lots of laughs, and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with friends! DSAW hosts a monthly support group for those who are caring for aging loved ones with Down syndrome. Each month we meet to share in conversation and support with other parents, siblings, and caregivers.
Join other DSAW caregivers once a month for a book club! We choose a different book each month and get together to discuss. We read a variety of genres (both fiction and nonfiction), and books do not focus specifically on caregiving or parenting.
Join DSAW Central and area families for a day of mini-golf! We will meet at Sawmill Adventure Park on September 19th at 1:00pm. DSAW Central will cover the cost of admission for with Down Syndrome or a developmental disability, as well their immediate family members.
