WHO WE ARE
DSAW-Green Bay Connection is a chapter of the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin. We serve Brown, Oconto, Kewaunee, Marinette, and Door Counties.
Our goal is to support individuals with Down syndrome or related disabilities and their families in our community. We do this by connecting families with local resources (and each other), bringing educational speakers to our area, and by hosting family events, including an annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk! DSAW-Green Bay is a chapter of DSAW, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are tax-deductible and support programs and services in our chapter. Click here to make a donation.

Therapy Scholarship
DSAW-Green Bay has a scholarship program to support families in paying for out-of-pocket therapy programs for their loved one with Down syndrome. Please read the requirements and fill out the form to apply. You will be contacted by DSAW to confirm your scholarship.
BIRTHDAY AND GET WELL CARDS
DSAW-Green Bay sends Birthday Cards and Get Well Cards to our members with Down syndrome! To be added to our birthday list, or to submit information for a get well card, please click the buttons below.
