This webinar will focus on creating a 5 Year Plan for your loved one. We will talk about merging together the school IEP, the Adult Long-Term Supports Individual Service Plan (ISP), and the DVR Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE). We will talk about how you can increase skill development through self-direction and coordinating these three plans together.
