The Children’s Resource Center-West (CRC-West) provides up-to-date information on resources available within our communities, and DSAW-Chippewa Valley is excited to partner with them to support our families’ needs.

Join us for a virtual informational meeting where CRC-West will lead a parent-friendly training that will help you better understand the IEP process and how to support your child’s education journey. We’ll go over what an IEP is, its main parts, how it differs from a 504 plan, and simple advocacy skills you can use to speak up for your child’s needs. Whether you're new to special education or want to feel more confident in working with your child’s school, this session will give you helpful tools to strengthen skills and make sure your child gets the support they deserve.
