Support Parent Training June 2025

  • Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (map)

Are you interested in providing support to a new or expectant parent after they’ve received a Down syndrome diagnosis?

Connecting with another parent who has a child with Down syndrome can be one of the most helpful resources a parent will have – it can help make their journey a little easier. The Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (DSAW) trains support parents and matches them with new and expectant parents who are looking for resources and support. We would like to especially invite parents of children aged 3-8 from around the state to join our support parent network. If you are interested in becoming a trained DSAW support parent, we are hosting a virtual Support Parent Training session on Monday, June 30, 2025 from 6:00-9:00 pm via Zoom. Please sign up here if you are interested in attending! If you have any questions, please contact Mary Gaffron at mgaffron@dsaw.org.

Please RSVP by June 23rd
